Boker-Powr

I don’t have a before picture of this knife as it came with the handles off & with a piece of undersize pin stock for a rocker pin holding it together.
My customer needed a blade for the knife, as it is a knife he likes to carry. After searching the catacombs of my shop for a blade I could not find any Boker blade close to fitting, but I did find a nice carbon steel Ward’s Powr-Craft blade that fit it nicely, except that tang on the blade was the newer style with the smaller rounded tang as opposed to the larger squared off tangs originally on the knife.
I advised him the spring for the master blade would set low, but he said he was good with that.
This is what the back looks like with the new Powr-Craft blade- I installed the blade and amber jigged bone handles. I finished polishing it this morning and mailed it back to him.
