GOBBLE GOBBLE TOO MUCH TURKEY GOBBLE GOBBLE

I Smoked a whole brisket lastnight (twenty something pounds)

. 18 hour smoke using hickory with a 6 hour crutch and 3 hour rest. I used my Cutco Chefs knife for sauce preperation. Great knife and yes I do have larger cutting boards just none were available …

After I cut into the brisket I completely forgot about taking pictures

Well, I suppose that's understandable but I did plan on taking more pics after it was carved up. There were too many hands digging in before I was finished cutting so it wouldn't have made for great pictures anyhow… GOBBLE GOBBLE
Happy early Thanksgiving everyone

Well Juniper Berries ummm

That brisket is sitting on one of the bigger ones… Matter of fact it's the biggest one I own. Not really for carving meats it more for rolling out biscuits and pizza dough etc but the brisket was up around 25-28 pounds so it even dwarfs that HUGE cutting board. You should have seen it before it shrank
I love me some turkey too I'll be smoking one next week with some ribs and who knows what else
YUMMO TURKEY DAY TURKEY DAY TURKEY DAY IS HERE!!!!!!!

Het! My parents have the same cutco set!
My kitchen cutlery is an eclectic hodge-podge that
I spent under $200 on. The murray carter was $150 of that!
