Pictures for the R1123 Help!!

Hey guys, I need a little help here. My nephew traded for this Rem. R1123 and wanted to know if it is worth anything. I am not sure if this is original or not. I can't find a date stamped on it, like you would with the 80's series knives. I think it is the real thing. Look these pictures over and let me know ya'lls opinions. Clip blade has no legible tang stamp and has R1123 on back side. Pictures show the stamp on the spey blade which also has R1123 pattern number on back. Thanks for your help!
