Does anyone know anything specific about this particular schrade?

The only tang stamp says SCHRADE+ U.S.A. LTD.

The handles are white micarta and the bolsters look to be brass...handles are a bit thicker than typical 8OT

I have plenty of speculations but looking for some serious facts...has anyone seen one of these...maybe
in an old catalog?

Thanks much

Could not see alot of the handles, but may be waterfall. I have a KK looks like a 8OT with Waterfall handles.
Maybe a more complete picture.

Sorry for the picture...looks lots better on my phone and computer...

However, the handles are white micarta, nonetheless.

Don't know a thing about your knife but here is a very similar light trapper.

With Schrade one is never totally sure because they made so many knives and many were for SFOs and never listed in the catalogs.

What I suspect is someone got a hold of some unfinished knives from the factory auction and finished them in white micarta.
I have not seen one with those handles before, but that doesn't mean they didn't make them.

Perhaps Eric, Cal or Hal know something about this pattern.

That may very well be.
I have heard there were knives made in the factory that the folks in the front office never knew about.
