Case Tested 82086

Here is a supposed Case tested 82086 Dr. knife. NOT!
Notice how the pearl looks way newer than the well worn blades of the knife? Notice how the fit of the pearl is rather square and flat near the liners? Notice how the handle end pins appear to be the same size as the center pin? New pearl.
Notice how the master blade tang sticks up from the frame when open? Blade came from a different knife.
Notice how the seller says the knife is approx. 3 1/2" long closed and a 82086 should be 3 1/4" closed? Not the right frame for an 86 pattern Dr. Knife.
Notice how the springs stick up past the bolsters at the tail end edges??????
This all adds up to one ugly POS Frankenknife. And he is only asking $125 BUY-IT-NOW. He currently has 3 offers. I would hope that none are over the 10 cents this knife is worth.
Not the first bad knife he has listed. Not the only bad knife he has currently listed. Won't be the last bad knife he lists either.
