A Couple More I reworked

Here is a Kabar brass bolster Barlow I thought would look nice with black jigged bone on it.
This knife is a pattern I dearly love!
It is the Camillus Streamline that was made in the mid 1930s for a few years, if I recall correctly what Tom Williams told me.
They had celluloid handles and the light colored celluloid seems to be highly prone to off gassing.
It usually takes me 3 or 4 knives to get enough parts to make a single knife. This beautiful full sabre ground blade had not been sharpened, but look at the pitting on the pile of the blade from the bad celluloid!
I made this one before the OKCA show, but I was not really happy with the way it turned out. I didn't get the inlet for the shield totally flat (impossible when cutting it freehand), so the shield bowed slightly when I pinned it. It was nasty to try and polish it.
I think I will stick it in my pocket and mess with it now and then, at least until someone buys it out of my hand.
