Queen Cutlery Collectors Website Question

The Queen Cutlery Company manufactured knives in Titusville Pennsylvania for 96 years. The company opened its only factory there in 1919 and commenced to make some of the best US crafted cutlery you will find. Unfortunately, the Titusville manufacturing plant closed down in 2018.

Queen Cutlery Collectors Website Question

Post by knifeaholic »

I recently ordered two Queen knives through the Queen cutlery Collectors website - they charged my credit card right away (that was on June 2) but I never heard anything about the order and now over a month later I have net received the knives nor any kind of message from them.

I just searched their website and could not find a way to email them.

Any advice or help would be appreciated.

I have ordered from the website in the past with no problems.

I had the same problem with them. This is the guy you want to contact. He gets things done. From what I gathered trying to get my item, Queen Cutlery Collector's is NOT a part of Queen Cutlery Co. Good luck

Jerry and TJ, Thanks for your replies.

Oddly enough as these things always go, about an hour after I posted this the package arrived at my door.

TJ, you are correct, the club is separate from Queen. however, the knives always seem to be shipped directly from the factory.

Steve I bought one of those black two folder pouches (holds 48 knives) from the club and it took a small forever to get here. Great product made by Hickory Hill. I like it so well I bought the three folder 72 knife version from Bob (robinetn).

Jerry;

I have two of the three-folder versions that I also got from Bob. They are very good.
