Hello All

Here are pics of 2 case Automatics I recently found. They where in a lot of four automatics that I purchased. Also included were a presto and 2 bladed press button.

The first case is numbered 31212 1/4 on the blade with case on the other side. The handle looks to be from the presto - because the code say the handles should be synthetic yellow. The blade is chromed and looks unused. The mechanism works.

The second case is numbered H1211 1/2 on the blade with case logo on the other side mostly rubbed off - part of the "C" is the only thing showing. The mechanism works. The blade has some wear.

I have been a causal collector of automatics for over thirty years and these are the first Case automatics that I have ever had. Any information on them and where I can get them restored would be appreciated.
I will post more pictures latter tonight.
Thanks.

Your blade is not chromed. It's high polished steel.

I restore knives, but I would advise leaving those alone if they work properly.

handles are likely fine, they used 3 designation for most of their smooth synthetics. I wouldn't mess with them except maybe putting a pin the handle on the black one, the peek of the other requires disassembly, and these fishtails are the most unforgiving of all automatics. I'd rather fix 3 "other" schrade/prestos than 1 fishtail
