This interesting old knife has just come into my possession. A Craftsman 9561, which has seen some action, but is a fine looking, super solid knife. Possible made by Schrade or Camillus.
I thought it was worthy of a squiz by you guys.
Tony.

I don't remember ever seeing that blade configuration before. Nice find! Probably made by Utica.

Didn't Schrade have the Sears contract post 1960 or so? My Craftsman 9494s (Camillus 72 clones) look just like Ulster 63s.
The knife is a neat variation of the venerable Electricians Knife. Looks very handy and utilitarian.

The following thread may help answer your question, and here is a short gem from that thread:
"Keep your eyes open for a Sears Craftsman #9561, another Schrade Walden, but an electrician pattern. It has the same saw blade added and makes for a very thick knife with three springs in the spring pack instead of the normal two and the extra brass liner, total of four. In fact, when measured across the butt not including the shackle, it is 3/4" wide."
And here is the thread:

I love that Tony! That is way cool!
Now I'm going to be on the hunt for one of those to add to my TL-29/electrician knife collection!
