I saw this knife in 2013 catalog, but have never seen it on sale.
Was this knife is made? If not, why not? If so, how much?
I am interested in any information.

Philco would know - send him a PM. I only saw the first three (2009, 2010, & 2011), not sure when they dropped the series. OH

I have not seen the knife shown in the post above nor have I seen any for sale online. The others were made by Bear and Sons Cutlery. I bought the first two they released but stopped after that because they bore only margingal similarity to the originals and were a lower quality knife as far as fit, finish, and overall craftsmanship. I've seen some of the more recent ones online but just didn't want to sink any more of my knife funds into them.
I can't say for certain that the 2013 model shown above was or was not produced, but if it was it hasn't made its way to ebay thus far, at least to the best of my knowledge.

I spoke to Bear & Son's about the 2013 pearl handled knife about a year ago. This was to be the 5th of 5 replica knives that they produced for Remington but they never received a purchase order to make the knives so the project was scrapped. While I agree that the fit & finish of these replica knives was nothing like the originals that's pretty much what we all expected.
