Well, I got it done today and sent off to a customer and had plenty of time to spend with my son. I will post photos of his knives soon, most likely after Friday as surgery is on Thursday. Just in time!

Thanks to all of you. Actually he picked up the knife and sheath on Wednesday and I sharpened it to a 20 degree angle by request. I used 416 SS cutlery rivets instead of mosaic pins because the Buckeye handles have a lot of pattern and to match the 416 SS bolsters. The handles are bookmatched, what you see on one side is the same as the other. I also put a dovetail in the bolsters and matched it up with the scales. The blade was purchased, everything else is handmade.
The leather sheath is one I designed, the center a take-off from the pink ribbon that they use in breast cancer survivors.
The sheath is made from scracth, I cut out the leathers and hand stitched it all, using 40% brewers pitch and 60% beeswax on the 5 cord thread (6 stitches per inch)around the edge and 3 cord thread for the inlay (8 stitches per inch). The main body is 2 layers of 4 oz leather with a 7-8 oz belt loop that will take up to a 1 3/4 inch belt. The brewer's pitch will act as an anti-fungal and will help prevent thread rot. It is entirely saddle stitched.
