What do I have here?

I recently inherited this knife from my Father. I assume that it was either from his Father or my Mom's Father. Nonetheless, I would like to know a little about it: age, model, and perhaps what it is worth. There is some wear and pitting on the blades but the blades are very tight.

Knife appears to be a 6233 Case Tested era knife. Value needs to be determined from a FULL description and pictures of the knife (for instance, the other side of the knife). This description would include things like how the blades snap into and out of position, how the tips of the blades rest relative to the liners in the closed position and so forth.
Having said that, the knife is probably worth between $60 - 100 on the open market. I can't quite tell from the pictures but it appears to have the long tail CASE/XX stamping. That stamping is a little rarer than the long tail CASE/Tested XX stamping and would probably enhance the value (at least to me).
The dating of the knife would still be 1920-40 +/-.

Pardon me but I don't know much about knife terminology. What do you mean by "snap into and out of position" and "how the Tips of the blades rest relative to the liners in closed position"?

What's the knife worth? If the knife was your Father's by way of your Grandfather, I would assume that the knife would be Priceless!

Sorry it took me so long to get more pictures posted, but here they are. As for more information about blade snap, both blades snap firmly into both the open and closed position. In closed position, the blades do not touch the spring.
So, can anyone give me a realistic idea of what a reasonable asking price would be to sell it?
