All About Pocket Knives

Had decent weather over the weekend so I took advantage of the tolerable temperatures and fired up the forge. Here is a little drop point. Came out about 4" blade, bookmatched stabilized maple crotch wood, silver pins, flat grind, stock is right about 1/8"

You definitely have a knack of getting nice clean profiles on your knives.

Thanks, I try to make stuff that is beautiful in it's simplicity and practicality. I see so many custom knives out there that have certain labels, and one look and you can tell the maker has never used that knife for the purpose or he would know it was poorly designed for the job. Half of making a good knife is actually using that knife for what you say it's for so you know how well it will perform the task.

Great little knife, it would be good for cleaning deer, nice narrow blade for trimming around the butt if you know what I'm talking about. I can tell you have used a knife. Good job, Terry
