Zscherny/Mason Ivory Gold Engraved Sowbelly/ Offers ?

This knife is 3 7/8" closed and was made by Mike Zscherny and the engraving with 24k gold inlay was done by Joe Mason. Blade steel is CPM 154. I bought this from a well established knife dealer. It came from his own private collection and he was asking $2100. After negotiating and trading i was able to purchase it for considerably less.
The only minor 'issue' is a very slight separation between the ivory and the liner at the bolster end. This is less than the width of a hair and ~ 1cm long. The knife came like this and there has been no change in the 18 months i have owned it.
I am selling most of my knives because i spent all my retirement savings buying them.
My pictures here are very poor, they just do not capture the knife well. The only upside is, if you buy it then you will get a pleasant surprise when you open up the package.
Asking $1200
If you really like this knife, please make me an offer. It needs a new home and I am prepared to loose money on it.
thanks, kj
Edit to add: If you like this knife, please make me an offer before Monday evening. I am going to P.O. Tuesday and would love to send it to you. It's an opportunity to get a Mike Zscherny knife for less than half of original price. I actually do see this one as an "investment" due to the ivory ban now in effect.
