Cutlery Classics "The Rancher" TM 5

Wondering what info anyone can give me on the TM 5 Cutlery Classics "The Rancher". These were even serial numbered apparently, also.
I came into ownership of one today w/ the original box and even the registration slip that came with it.
To me it is at least near mint condition.
