Camillus electricians knive W/metal handle?

Just bought this for $3 but not sure what i have. I've seen many similar but never with heavy metal scales. It's almost twice as heavy as the other one with wood scales. They seem soft very mared up and scared. Is it something standard or somebody's "custom"?

It appears someone has remade the handles with lead or soldier.
I have seen this here recently but don't remember where I saw it, though it was not a TL-29 as I recall.
It is always good for a paper weight or a weapon if thrown!!

Thanks for the quick reply. I've been lurking around the site for sometime and am always impressed by how much you guys know. It seems like lead, and will make a good paper weight, i just can't figure out why someone would go to the trouble. I'm not a collecter, but can't passup a oddity for $3 bucks.
