July 2016 AAPK Knife Giveaway

This month’s donation comes from Tom (bestgear) and was purchased new in 2008 after he and his son came off the trails at Philmont Scout Ranch, the Boy Scouts of America's premier High Adventure™ base. The first Scouts attended Philmont Scout Ranch during the summer of 1938 and discovered more than 214 square miles of rugged northern New Mexico wilderness to enjoy backpacking treks, horseback cavalcades, and training and service programs to experience.
An officially licensed BSA knife, it comes in its original box, tissue wrapper and instruction sheet and is #83/100. This great looking knife has barn board jigged autumn bone handles to give the knife a weathered look and Tru-Sharp surgical steel blades. This knife is a great addition to any knife collection.

The winner will be determined by the Illinois State Lottery evening pick three drawing on July 31. The Individual closest to the selected number without going over will win. The Illinois lottery results can be found on the following website:

You must be 18 years of age or older to play. The winner will be sent a PM after the drawing and will have 10 days to respond with your name and address, if you do not respond within the allotted time the knife will be given to the next closest winner on the list without going over.
