I thought i would show my, Adolphus Busch Bartender's Knife, made by Schrade Walden in 1952. It was hard to find one in good condition, as it appears that once they are dropped, fine pieces fall out, and that is the end of a beautiful mint knife.
I was lucky with this one, as it appears to be in top condition. I was also fortune enough to find one of his delivery vans to show with it.
Hope you like it as much as i do.
Tony.

Very nice example. Is the Stanhope viewer still in workable condition?

Very nice Tony!
I am fortunate to have a Schrade and a German made version...both MINT!
The leather pouch on my Schrade has never even been buttoned....lol

Yes Gerryd, the viewer is still working , and the old guy is looking majestic.
Tom, after seeing your "Schrade Room", i would be disappointed if you didn't have one or both....and you do.
Many thanks for the kind remarks.
Tony.

Your collection is absolutely fantastic! I only wish I could take photos like you do....I seriously lack talent when it comes to photography.
Something I really need to get a grasp of

Tom is right, you have a good eye for displaying your knives and photographing them Tony. What is the difference between the U.S. one and the German one?
