Happy to be on this forum. I am trying to find out if anyone might know or recognize this logo on the knife?

Welcome to AAPK!
I don't recognize the markings & can't get them large enough to seem them really well.
Do the markings actually say anything?
It appears from the hard, sharp lines on the pommel that it was made as an art piece and not a working knife. I think that pommel would be pretty uncomfortable in the hand If you had to use it for any length of time.
From the style of the birds head and the brass work, I would think it came from Pakistan or some where in that region, perhaps India.
That is my guess.
