All About Pocket Knives

I am selling an uncleaned Schrade Walden paratrooper switchblade. The knife is in great shape and the blade is very full. The tang is stamped SCHRADE WALDEN over NY USA on the front tang, the reverse is blank. The blade sits deep in the handle and when open there is some movement, but not much. The safety works as intended. $275.00

I have seen some at an asking price in that range , but I sold one that looked identical to yours two weeks ago for $200 after asking $250 for a month or so .

Thanks so much for all your "support" concerning my price listing. It really is not your business on how anyone prices their knives. It is a fair price for a great knife in good shape. The price stands at $275

rooster: i disagree. The main purpose of AAPK is to allow 'knifers' to inform and help each other. Selling knives is a minor feature of AAPK and the ethos of helping each other still applies. Hence i see discussion of pricing as reasonable as long as it remains polite.
I am a relative new comer here so if my above understanding of AAPK is not correct i hope someone will please post a correction.

Absolutely no price controls here on AAPK but I would hint that you might be a little less sensitive about comments that were not meant to be offensive.
By the way everyone needs to check out the one on eBay, per link above, as it is apt to be removed at any minute as a violation.

while the market is still down a bit on these I think 250 is about what I see them SELL for so 275 is not completely unreasonable especially with bail , just my opinion.
