Aye laddie. The latest one I bought is the only one I've had "issues" with. The blades seem gritty when opening and closing. I just haven't gotten around to running it through the Sonic Cleaner to see if that resolves the problem. Call me Mr. Lazy. It'll happen some day.Gayle1958 wrote:Man those Schatt & Morgan's are beautiful! I have several of them myself. They are not cheap but they seem well to be well built.
....now all you need is one of the lockback humpback whittlers(my fav. s & m whittler)!!!..........jerryd6818 wrote:Better than getting a pile of poo flung on you.![]()
It is a fine looking knife, Tommy. And a nice size at 4" closed. 1 of 100.
....I know what you mean, jerry!!.......I've also got one of the smaller 2007 #47 Robeson stag baby humpback whittlers (without the lock) that I like more than the bigger s & m!!...........jerryd6818 wrote:I've been looking at those for quite some time. They are still available. It's the price that's holding me up. It takes a while to work one like that into my budget.
