Mother of Pearl with ruby?

I recently was given a case knife as a gift and would like to know what the value of this beautiful knife would be? the box it came in says it is "Mother of Pearl w/Ruby" and says is was made in 12/17/2002. The blade says it is 10 of 50 and model # "81953 L". Below is a picture. Any info would be great. Thanks

200-300 range if you ask me, with patience or the right buyer could maybe pull 300-400.
I have seen a few of these in the past, I don't imagine to many were made.

I also believe the shield is gold, idk if its 14K or 24K

It's a modified case russlock and per the tang stamp, the unmodified knife was made in 2002.
