Vintage Paul A Henckels advertising knife

I picked up a small lot the other day and this one is one of the better ones.
Made by Paul A Henckels and has advertising for Charles Heidsieck, who started the famous Champagne business in 1851.
I am not sure what the handles are made of but I suspect bone. Any input is greatly appreciated!
It also has a version of cork screw which is similar to the Hammesfahr patent. To bad the large blade has a chip in it but not a huge problem.
Champagne wire cutter, cork screw of an older type and two blades.
I really like this one and will see if I can find similar ones.
And interesting thing is that, according to wikipedia, Charles Heidsieck was imprisoned since they suspected he was a spy for the Confederation and France. This sparked an incident called "The Heidsieck Incident". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Heidsieck
He also went under the name Champagne Charlie.
