All About Pocket Knives

Hello, y'all,
I recently purchased a Barlow that has a light tan, wood grained pattern delrin handle (maybe from the 70's) and the manufacturer tang stamp has been ground off and the main blade, a sheepsfoot, has been etched "2nd". Can anyone help me identify the company that made this knife? Much appreciated and thank you in advance.
