I have a 4 inch Presto fish tail bone handled in very good condition and a 3 1/2 inch Presto single blade bone handle in almost mint condition. Can't find it in any of the books.

Someone can correct me, but I think it is still a violation of Federal Law to ship an automatic knife via the USPS across State lines.
They do not check for that activity and they have seldom prosecuted for it, but I do believe the statute still stands.

Charlie I believe you are correct. I beleive that carrying an auto across state lines is illegal.

There's one on eBay. Ships from Delhi, New York to anywhere in the U.S.
Some laws are just plain dumb, and most are all about feeding the lawmakers and the system.

The way I read the fed act of 1958 it doesn't pertain to merchants or individuals but I may be misinterpreting it.I ain't the sharpest switchblade in the drawer. I know one thing they will ship one to your doorstep from China.

I'm not an expert either but I believe the laws are different for each state, so you would need to check your own state and where you are shipping it. Not sure who would know though.
