Master Cutlery Rescue Jaguar handle, make, model, worth # 763

"This Master Cutlery Rescue is a foldable belt knife with black plastic hands and plastic belt clip.
This knife has a hooked or barbed section at the top of the blade, a straight edge section at the mid
section of the blade and a jagged section at the end of the blade. The handle has a push button on
the side that frees the knife blade inorder to open it or that locks the blade as you close it. The
blade is engraved and painted in white letters with the word RESCUE. On one side of the tang
is engraved 420 STAINLESS and on the other side is engraved in curtisive writing Jaguar. Overall the
knife length is around 8 1/4"" while the knife blade is about 3 3/4"" This knife is made in China. Comes in box.
I would like to ask a some questions as follows:
Are the handles rubber or plastic?
Is the maker Master Cutlery Rescue?
Is the model Rescue orJaguar?
What is this knife worth?

No. The vast majority of knives are marked with merchant names. In general the better knives might have the manufacturer's marking but even this can be deceptive as knife manufacturers often made knives for each other.

Very few of the China-made knives have any significant value. I believe this is one of those knives that has minimum value. Might be a decent user but if I had it on my table, which I try not to do, I would put $10 on it and hope to get $2 to $4 for it.

Everyone has been quite patient with your questions about broken knives, rusty knives and low value Chinese knives but at the risk of being considered rude (not intended) I have to tell you, AAPK is not an appraisal service. Questions about value occasionally get asked and answered because unlike some other forums AAPK doesn't have strict rules against those kinds of posts but you are stretching the limits. A search in the "Advanced" recently sold section of eBay is your best source for current values.

Buy some books, learn how to check eBay, get into this addiction that we all enjoy so much.
