KA-BAR Big Congress

Guys,
I am unable to date the KA-BAR, photos attached. I checked Goins and LG4 and they don't have it. I checked our thread that has tang stamps and nothing there that I can find.
The spear blade is stamped with a curved and in caps KA-BAR. On the back side is USC88. The other 3 blades are stamped KA-BAR , in caps and not curved.
If anyone has any info on this I will appreciate the help. Clearly not a vintage knife but maybe the 70s???

Wish I could help on dating the knife but just wanted to say that's a beauty!

I was also thinking 1988 Kabar Collector's Club. I went over to bladeforums Kabar subforum to confirm it, as there is a sticky thread there with ALL the KCC knives posted.
The bad news is that when I got there, I found that the OP uses photobucket and with their recent policy change every pic is now gone - just the dreaded kill-picture.

Kabar started the Kabar Collector's Club in 1976 and it ran until 2005.
Usually, the knife/knives of the year was/were "vintage re-issue". Some were made by Kabar, some by Case, some by Queen,
Sometimes they put out 1 knife a year, sometimes 2 in a set and sometimes just 2 in a year.
