I have a 1930s case knife. Looking for more info and potential buyers.

I would like to see more pictures, front and back, release mechanism and tang stamps. Does it work?

Prolly gonna need to upgrade the photos also. Need to see the full blade as well as the other side, plus top and bottom photos. Would also like to see tang stamps, close up and in focus.
Also important is the answer to Gregs question : does it work?

I upgraded for the option to sell it. I will post pictures once I get home. PM me of you are interested or if anyone knows more info. The mechanism doesn't work. It's actually missing. The base stamp only says XX Tested. Pictures to follow later today.

**update** the blade DOES fold in and comes out. BUT it has to be done manually. If that all makes sense. Pics to follow...

Amazing. Your knife is a very sought after knife in mint condition. It is probably the shorter knife In this picture. If it was complete working and in mint condition it would bring $3500-$5000. Unfortunately with the mechanism missing it is worth far less. There is no where you can get parts to rep lo ace what you are missing so they would have to be fabricated. A great find but a very long road to ever realize its full worth.
And a very big to AAPK.

That's an awesome find in the trunk of your car, the stag looks like old tree bark...a shame it's not complete, but, there are knife mechanics that do wonders, here. No idea what the return on that investment might be. It's a cool story!

Thanks! Yeah when I first looked at it I figured it was pretty old and was just trying to dig deep to get information. And so far I'm happy that I found it! Kind of like an antique roadshow find of you ask me haha!

Very cool find and a great story , too bad it`s in sad shape.....if I might ask , what kind of car was it found in ?
