Looks like a 899 Slim Premium Stock Knife
3 9/16" Clip, Spey & Punch
1947 - 1986
Probably closer to 86

Handles are Delrin so it's post 1960.

The tang stamp is post 1973. I would like to see the other side of the knife. I am not yet sure that the 'punch blade' is a punch blade. All 897s are stainless steel. I think your knife is either a worn 895 or a worn 899, as previously suggested.

I can't quite make the tangstamp number out, but the knife is an 899 and dates to sometime after about 1975 or so, and possibly as late as 1986.
