Identify stamp on blade not tang?

Stamp is in middle of blade with a squished square with G in top, 11 on right, RP on bottom, 24 on left

Sharpened like a razor

French knife I believe. My son has an identical one, though with horn handles. Hartley

I have French knives with the same metal handles with a flat bevel all around the edge.
