All About Pocket Knives

Looking at an online auction later today with this pic. I'm trying to see what I can learn about the Congress knife on the left.
The bolsters are similar to some Belknap and Boker knives, but I'm curious if anyone can add to the investigation. Thanks in advance.

There was one that JUST sold a couple days ago, and I had bid on it but I forgot what it was.
Same knife with brown wood handles I think.
Is there a way to pull up sold items that you had bid on but lost?
I'll try to find it that way if I can.

Found it in my cart... There is a Boker, and under "similar items" there is a Hen & Rooster with the same bolsters.They Both have shields tho, and neither are "equal end" Congress knives

If it is a Belknap it could very easily be a Boker. Is there a star on the pile side of the main blade? Or is the knife not marked at all??

Did Parker, Frost, Taylor commission any of these? Judging by the group I'd say they were 80's knives but (obviously) I could be wrong. The equal end thing seems to be an obvious homage to modern knives using antiquated design ie: pen knives... IMHO

Something unusual about that congress. Most big name German companies who made stepped bolster congress knives (Boker/Hen & Rooster/Henckels), made them right handed. Look at the blades on the right hand side of the knife. The German makers put the pen blade in front of the main blade.
Now look at the knife picture you posted. The main blade is in front of the pen blade. (on the RH side)
U.S. makers built them like that.
Of course, it could still be a German maker, that someone has repaired and put the blades in reversed.

AKA some of the American makers I listed?
It (posted knife) looks like a Parker/Frost/Taylor to me. (Japan)

EDIT: Still a good thing... IMHO
