Ulster USA Boy Scout: New in factory plastic tube, with papers. # 1996 (on end of tube), Brown “jigged” Delrin handles, Tenderfoot icon nickel silver shield. Nickel silver permanent shackle and bolsters, unthreaded. Brass pins and outer liners. Steel central liner. This # manufactured circa 1962-1979. Spear master blade tang stamped ULSTER/USA, and with the full official etch (OFFICIAL KNIFE/ BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA (with Tenderfoot icon in center)). Crescent nail nick. Four blades, being spear, canopener, screwdriver/bottle opener, and punch.
