I am a New member and found this Knife. Does anyone know it age? Handle material?

Thanks Harold, I found it at an estate sale and paid .50 for 6 pocket knives.
The other knives are ok but I knew this was the find

Big Slice, I really like the old Winchester Cattle Knife!
Was there 6 pocket knives for 50 cents or 6 pocket knives for 50 cents apiece? Wanted to make sure you didn't overpay.
