Remington Lockback question

I am not collector, just have many interests. I have obtained a Remington lock back kife and am trying to learn about it and any possible value.
It has one blade 3 and 3/4" Long overall length is 8 and 3/4 closed is 5 inches. 4 brass rivets and a brass bushed hole for a Lanyard?
Has what I would call a gutting hook
The knife blade is marked "R-3" and the opposite side has Remington UMC in a circle with made in USA around the circle.
The gutting hook is unmarked
The handle has the same Remington UMC in a circle but without the USA
The blade has been poorly sharpend with some scratches but no chips or gouging. Handle has a crack around one rivet and the lanyard hole.

Any info especially age would be appreciated!

I'm pretty sure that knife was made by Camillus , has handles that are brown jigged delrin with nickel silver bolsters.
Hollow ground satin polished stainless steel clip blade and bone saw with gut hook. Probably early 1990's.
