Knife Identification!!!

Hey all, first time post. New to the collector world. Can anyone in this forum identify this knife I came across. I will get more photos ASAP but in the meantime here is one picture.

It would be very helpful to have close-up pictures of any stampings or etchings on the blades or the blade tangs (where it connects to the knife) that are on any of the blades. From the picture you posted, it looks like there is a German name on the blade, [something]EB Müller-[something].

It appears to have some sort of marlin spike for untying knots , perhaps a German seaman's knife. ::shrug::

Here are some more photos. The stamps read 'GEB.Muller-STGT' another stamp looks to be a 'R' possibly.

there were several german companies with name Mueller-gebr.=gebruder=brothers in English--your knife was made by Mueller brothers....R=abbreviation for rostfrei=rust free in English=stainless...I have one like without sailors repair tool has hawkbill in its place...made by another company-this is german work knife made for use around water...saw one like this on ebay not long ago-I use mine as edc wicked saw and 3 blades...

Nice looking old knife, it has what I believe to be a repair needle for sails/fish netting or other types of heavy material. The handle looks like some type of horn. Not sure what they would have used the saw blade for? A working mans knife. ::tu:: Terry

STGT I'd guess stands for Stuttgart where your knife was probably made.
