Ever seen this Sears Knife Before?

Has anyone out there ever seen this Sears Knife Before? If so, please tell me what kind of Knife it is or what it is used for? Any help will be Greatly Appreciated! Thanks in Advance! donjr

Charlie is 100% spot on; scuba divers knife.
Most of them are not very sharp, with a few exceptions, because mainly they are used as a prybar to get mollusks off of the rocks and to dig with, etc.
