They originally came in a Cigar type box. Here's a photo from AAPK Member LRV. They were called Cigar Box Classics and they made several different patterns in several different colors as well. These are additional photos of my knife.

That's pretty neat, Mike! I believe I've risen a notch or two in the ranks of the accumulators as I have several real cigar boxes full of pocket knives.
