All About Pocket Knives

Here is a folding fork that is in very nice condition. It holds a fair amount of patina on the bottom of the fork.
I believe this fork/corkscrew was part of a set. The fork is not stamped but I'll bet the knife that was part of the set was marked.
The corkscrew is hard to open because of a very strong spring. It is 3 7/8" closed.
Does anyone have an idea who made this fork?

Most of the picnic sets I have seen were of German origin.I would guess this one is as well. A lot of them were unmarked even on the knife blade. I have a few sets.
