Bugle Horn Knife - M. Hunter & Sons

Anyone know the approx. age of this here M. Hunter & sons/ Sheffield Cutlers Bugle Horn small pen knife?
Cant find info on it. Also, right there on the mark side, it is printed 'Bugle Silver', is it Sterling silver?
Anything you can tell me is of great help.

I would need a little clearer picture of the knife and handle to comment on its silver content, if any.
