Stumped - Weird one...Identification

Tang Stamp says 1935-1940
Likely 3 1/8" (3.104")
No R# anywhere
I use the internet as a general resource, and Stewart and Ritchie's Remington Knives book as 95% gospel.

I a m an avid coin collector, so these types of conundrum are common, and I see it in knife collecting as well.

This is part of an inherited collection...playing around learning the ropes, I have around 300 Remington collectible knives.

What is it?

Welcome to AAPK. Glad to have you aboard.

All that I know about it is it's a medium jack. At 3-1/8" - 3-3/8" closed it's one of my favorites for size and blade compliment, I have a small collection of medium jacks.
