Where can I find slabs to re-work some knife handles?

I was hoping to find some elephant ivory or mammoth ivory to rescale some knives. Anyone know where I can look?

I was also looking for some nice sambar stag or elk stag.

Any help would be appreciated!

Elk stag you can find at pet stores for dogs to chew
