- I know guys! I fell for this until I got the knife in my hand and realized I actually fell for it but I sent it back and have been refunded ! Here was his response !

Shield is a little wonky, but the knife isn’t screaming run To me, unfamiliar with the seller

Looks like tested xx green bone to me, but I sure don't like the shield. Did the blades look correct when you got it? I can believe the lunch box story as I have seen a '88 tested xx in much the same condition as his description.

For posterity, here's the knife in question.
Not what I call greenbone. I've seen that "lunchbox" story before - usually when someone is trying to justify a funky counterfeit. Even if the knife truly is a lunchbox knife, which I seriously doubt, it's still not right! And not worth what a legit version is worth.

The blades had no wear as this one so I could be wrong
The bolsters are thicker than the handles and not smooth
With rough grind marks on all bolsters! The sheeps foot blade
Is also stamped? But the stamp did look correct! This is
A pattern I’ve been wanting for a while just didn’t seem
Legit to me but I could very well be wrong!and I didn’t like the
