That Roland does come up with some Nice Knives for sale. I too would have jumped on that one, but, Like Phil....I have one just like it already!

Funny thing is, I do not see a lot of Canal Street Knives for sale....I wonder why?

The owners are probably hanging onto them because we will most likely never see that company make knives again. But what I'm wondering is why, when a nice Canal Street does go up for sale, no one is interested.

Shoot, I'd trade Phil knives I don't even own for his CSC Swing Guard in MOP

Yeah....That Phil, he is a sandbagger from way back. Why I expect he has some Canal Street Knives that have never seen the light of day much less been photo'd and posted

Funny thing is Phil got me started down the path with Canal Street Knives and here my Uncle was their Master Cutler and I wasn't even interested in the CSC Knives until Phil started rubbing my face in them....lol

If I was smarter, I would have started collecting the Swell Center Jacks when they came out with them, just like that Ole Sly Phil. Instead I grabbed up every one of their Pinch Lock Backs and English Barlows and then a stray Swing Guard, Cannitler, Trapper and whatever else grabbed my fancy.

Watch that Phil...I'm telling you now! ::hmm::
