My Buck 110

I've been carrying a Buck 110 daily for around 30 years. This is how I like them set up.
First thing is a very small sharpening choil. Only as deep as the secondary bevel.
Single finger groove cut as far forward as I can get it.
Jimping on the lock release & spine.
Jimping on the rear bolster.
The jimping on the bolster is where my index finger is in this picture, it gives a good purchase when pulling it from the sheath.
Amazing thing is my first 110 I had to save up for and it was a prized possession @$35. The last one I bought 30 years later was on sale for $27. Same great quality same great knife. Go Buck!

The 110 (&112) have always been great knives .... really like those Mods ... well thought out .... and obviously works for you.
Have you kept count of how many you have had over those 30 years?

The count is easy. 3. I use them hard, but know their limits.
For years I had one for my work pants, one for my blue jeans. I wore them both out. Bought a spare, to use when I sent the first two back for new blades. Now I have 3 users. Now I have one for my short blue jeans.
The sheaths are another story, at least a dozen worn out to the point of being no longer serviceable.

Nice mods on those, very purpose-driven, but don't distract from the knife itself.
