That looks like a Hubertus knife to me. This can be worth some good money.

I think that trademark of Boentgen & Sabin, Goins says they were in business from 1921 - 1983. Looks like a very quality and attractive springer. I have no idea as to value.

I can't help you with that one. I have a little Hubertus that looks a lot like yours. The style is a great little knife.

Front tang says it's a Bonsa. The square lever is similar to several all metal models by them. It may or may not be a replacement. Looks a little out of place, but is correct to that brand. I can't date it, but the "Springer" on bottom bolster should be an indicator somewhat. I just don't myself know when that was in play. German made. A guess would be 50s to 60s. Hope this helped a little. Tom

You asked about value: this knife pattern is called a "Springer" and has been made by a few German knife manufacturers. Springers are very collectible as long as they still work. They can sell for a few hundred dollars for a used example and higher for a never used minty example.

Bonsa with stag handles and a stainless steel blade as indicated by the foot and soccer ball. Nickel silver bolsters, brass pins, and brass liners. The trapezoid lever usually indicates much later production if original. Nice knife and in my opinion as a collector of German leverlocks, $100-$150.

Thanks for y’alls opinions! They are helping a lot!
Anyway to date it more accurately?
And as far as the lever goes, what would the original lever look like?

In Switchblade Knives by Langston "LT" for those who know him. he lists a Gravity type by Bonza for a few hundred dollars. Names are easy to misread (age, wear, patina). I am sure he will eventually see this. Were I you I would hold on to it for a while.
Let this post just stay on simmer.

The more commonly seen lever is simply a rounded tab, occasionally with "polished" hole, maybe an eighth inch in diameter. Those levers would be the same material as the bolsters, in this case, nickel silver. Google search Bonsa knives and hit images below the search bar. You'll get all the pics you need for comparison. Click on pics to go to that particular site. Some are sale sites, some are not. Good luck.

SharperDeals website has a picture and info on your specific knife under Tang Stamp and Blade markings. Search Bonsa. I found it through the Google images deal.

This is an earlier Bonsa shell puller leverlock in my collection with the most common style lever.

Your Bonsa knife is a model 9239-1/2.
The lever is correct, and it dates the knife to the late 1970s-early 1980s.
