Case 62109X Engraved not Etched?

This 109X is currently on Ebay. I am sure that the knife is genuine, but I question the snake & scroll engraved on the clip blade and the words "BABY COPPERHEAD" on the pen blade. I have several baby/mini copperheads that have words etched on the clip blade, but these appear to be engraved. Just wondering if this was done by Case or Custom.
