Saw this Parker Edwards knife on eBay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/264004769915.
It just looks like the blade has a coating on it. He says it’s Damascus in the description, but it sure doesn’t look it to me.

Parker-Edwards Damascus is ugly. No aesthetic appeal at all.

I'll hafta take your word for it, pictures are so crappy I can't see the steel for myself. No interest. ::td::

Thanks for the info. I was unaware that Edwards Damascus looked like this. Not impressed at all. The photo’s don’t help a bit.

Parker had his hands (not always the most ethically 'clean' hands?) in a bewildering array of knifery. Some of it very nice, and some not. Here is one that I think is around here somewhere on the other property where I keep my valuables. It is really quite nice but no longer fits my collecting formulae, so it is available (if I can find it).

If Parker made that Damascus, he needs to back to school! Both photography and metal working. Looks more like a cold blued piece of carbon steel, but I can't tell by the poor pics. Sorry no sale here! ::td:: Terry

I think Edwards made some Damascus for Case as well when Parker owned Case. Sometimes beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
