Yeah that's a clinker alright. Looks like someone just stretched those bolsters out . Odd looking frame, brand new blades. RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY!

They look like new "as ground" blades to me. Did they do a Case Classic in this pattern? That shield looks jacked up too.

The seller has been informed the knife is fake and the listing was quickly ended and removed. I believe the seller is honest and did not know the knife is a counterfeit.
For posterity, here is the knife. Not Case jigging, not Case blades. Not even a Case pattern. And a match striker pull - I don't recall ever seeing a Tested era Case with one.

It makes a good reference for later.
I am the same as you as I like to see pictures .The eBay reference takes the pictures away and you look it up later and you don't know what they are referring to.
