All About Pocket Knives

I recently got a large collection of knives from my Grandfather, and this was apart of it. I hoped to get some more information on this piece?

A simple Google search turned up this 18-year old article about him and his work. He was a WWII vet so has likely passed. From what I see and read he was a a real craftsman.
