Large Italian Made switch blade, w/Colt 45 on blade,. Maker Zappos

This knife I speak of may have came w/ Grandpa's old Colt 45 revolver (aka: Long Colt) pre 1911, so I think it's from the late 1800's/early 1900's, anyhow it's a monster of a knife for sure, seems like it has a fork, spoon, or a corkscrew on the backside, I can't remember put it in safety deposit box several years ago, anyway I believe the maker was zoppis, can anyone tell me More about it?
